I was browsing some time ago and found this quirky blog/guide/how-to on using an external flash for photos. It was written by a girl (for a bigger, photography or art related website) and it had photos demonstrating how photos looked like with different lighting and positioned differently. For the life of me I can't remember what it is, and I have been googling for the past half hour and I can't find it! Does this ring a bell to anyone?!
If it helps, I remember a photo of her against a really bright white background, which she says you need to set the flash unit directly above/in front of the subject (to get photos that look sort of like terry richardson/could be in nylon magazine).
Thank you! x
