it's been 11yrs and 140lbs ago since i have owned a dirt bike.a question that never entered my mind was my weight back then (being that i was 6' 3" and a 160lbs).i have always loved motorcycles of all types..but now that i am older (and heavier..LOL) it's like my passion and enthusiasm for dirt bikes has returned.i'm currently 6' 6" and 306lbs,and i'm less active than what i was when i was 17yrs old..also the various meds i take has some effect on my weight (it increases low metabolism).i don't plan on jumping the bike high or at all (because i have a bad back from old injuries).my main concern is finding a dirt bike that will support my body mass with out sagging too much...i know that you can adjust the suspension sag from a lighter to a bigger rider,but even suspension adjustments have their limits..LOL.
