Sometimes my speech is difficult to understand and I wondered if there was a specific text-to-speech app so I could set up some sentences using the abbreviations (shortcuts) built into storm, and make it speak them?
The closest I have found is Polyglotz that is a language translator but will also speak english text. However I am not sure if it needs to be connected to the internet to turn the text into speech as my current SIM has no data plan.
Also can I download app onto my mac (Blackberry Desktop Manager) instead of blackberry and transfer it that way? I'm sure last time (ages ago) I tried to get into Blackberry App World it said it said it only worked with Windows Explorer 8?
Or ... would it be easier to get a used Storm2 with the wi-fi to download directly onto Blackberry? (assuming I can connect to my home broadband without needing a data plan).
