I posted last week about going up on my Zoloft dosage. I have been on it since the birth of my second child two years ago. My anxiety has been gradually coming back and out of the blue one day I had a panic attack in the car while eating lunch.
Ever since then, I have felt anxiety and its driving me crazy. I used to be so outgoing and feel so blessed and now I have to tell myself to smile sometimes. My two yr. old and I are home a lot now while my daughter is in school.

I was on 100mg's of Zoloft for two years and two weeks ago went up to 125mg's, and then just last Thursday I went up to 150mg's per my doctors request.

I know deep down in my mind that this is anxiety but ever since that panic attack (first one I had had in years!) I am afraid to eat. I feel weird and out of it everytime I sit down to eat. I feel out of it most of the time now actually. Is this caused by the increase in Zoloft?

I keep going through my mind what could be wrong with me and its exhausting. I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance and support. This is so hard.

So sorry for your anxiety. Here is my way...Lorazapam for my anxiety..not habit forming for me...fast acting...given I/V wise,,to new patients admitted on an emer basis at our Crisis Center.
..know a lady who takes it every day before work,to get her thru the day.For my depression,I take Paxil(Controlled Release,a MUST).
Good luck...Bill
