...in a working environment? Hi all,
I work with computer more than 12 hours per day on a regular basis. Recently I feel dry eyes and tired when the work is done. So, I was wondering if there is any way to remind me of having a short break ,such as 10 minutes, in one or two hours. Also I was wondering what activities I could do during those breaks.
The thing is, I work in a large office together with a couple of officemates. It might disturb others to use a voice alarm.
Another question is, what could I do during the short break? In a workign environment, I think it might be a little risky to just close eyes for a while in front of the computer. I am not sure how my boss will response if I am caught. Is it feasible to go to bathroom to stretch several minutes? I am looking forward to hearing your suggestions.
Thanks a lot!
