Try The Cooper Temple Clause...they don't quite have the whole "Queen meets Radiohead" thing going on, but they're spacey enough to be considered one of their peers.
It may be a stretch, but also consider Hope of The States. They're a much mellower band than Muse, but they have a symphonic, epic element to their songs. Mars Volta has the frantic/schizo sound going on in their albums, so that might be worth a look too.
What part of Muse's sound are you looking to find in other banRAB? (BTW...make sure you pick up Origin of Symmetry by Muse, it was never released in the states but is a superb album)
