What I need: works on 850 & 1900 mhzsms textingmake callsvery reliablegreat build qualitythe smaller, the betterpreferably candy barpreferably nokiathe cheaper, the better
I don't care how old the phone is. I don't care about any other features like a camera, EDGE, 3G, color screen, GPS, etc.

Can i get any recommendations, preferably from personal experience?
 
Nokia 6030 is $29.99 from T-Mobile to Go at Wal-Mart and T-Mobile corporate store
Motorola C139 Cingular GoPhone running between $18-19.99 in WalMart, target drugstores.
I have both and the Nokia 6030 is a better phone because it has GPRS and the FM radio. The C139 is a basic cell phone that you can use for text messaging and making phone calls.
