I would like to find a software where I can remove unwanted things from a pic (like if I was taking a pic of a table and there is a cord under it). I would like it to be able to soft focus on one object, maybe black and white with certain colored objects, add to the pic if needed ( like making the pic longer to portion it right, instead of cropping out adding on).
Something I can teach myself how to use. And nothing over $200 preferably even less.
