Looking for PDA Phone With These Features

does anybody know anything about them? I don't know if what I want exists. I would like to get a phone

1)works well as a phone
2)mp3 player
3)QWERTY keyboard (or something close enough)
4)Nice email interface
5)decent web browser
6)GSM

After doing preliminary research, i don't think a phone like this exists but i guess i would be flexible on any one of these features. any suggestions would be helpful
