Hi I'm looking for a episode of the simpsons where at one scene homer and bart are outside somewhere with a few other people, and homer I think stands up and says something like "now I'm not one to make speeches" or "now I'm not the best at making speeches" and then says something really funny but the only one who gets it and laughs is bart.
Please help me find this episode or even just the correct line, please...
