Ok, the arcade game was a driving game i played it in the arcade a couple times, also i remember renting it for Sega Genises in either the early or mid 90s. I remember it was not exactly a "racing" type game but it was more like a simulation type game and there was a brown truck that almost looked like a UPS truck that would zip around the streets as well as other cars on the streets. The car you drove was a red car i think and it was really easy to crash too. The graphics were in 3D but they were still a bit choppy then again it was Sega Genises.
The other game i'm trying to find i believe the title of it might of been called "Duel" or something ...Duel. The graphics in this were also 3D and when you drove your car you were able to see the dashboard on the screen. This came out for Sega Genises as well.
