I am looking for a horror movie from the 80's, I don't remember the title. The basic plot is an evil scientist/doctor discovers a way of bring people back to life by putting their ashes and some magic liquid on fresh raw meat. I distinctly remember the underground laboratory having the malformed reincarnated beings down in pits in the floor. Any ideas?
