looking for newsgroup index sites....

Have you ever tried binnews?
I'm wondering how they are compared to Newzbin.
With completion,custom nzb's and such.

Yes, I am trying them out now on a 15 day voucher they were giving away. I tried to get you one but no vouchers left,sorry
Yes you can do custom nzb's.Not sure what you mean about completion,umm,they do not provide access to files,just info.If that's what you meant.
Otherwise it is alot like Newzbin far as I can tell.

My mistake.
I actually meant covarage.
In other words:How much that get's posted on usenet is indexed on their site?

On newzbin it's somewhere around 74%.
But it differs from day to day.

newsreactor.net is the newest one I've came across.

I think form what Ive heard they are not much different other than the fact that newzbin is a better price...

And Newzbin goes back to 40 days,I think.

Not sure what they mean with the following points though on binnews:
* Monitoring of VCDQuality.com Items
* Monitoring of PacketNews.com Items

Just out of curiosity,oculd you post some screenshots on how they got their site organized? :)
Just like to know how they got their lay-out done and such.

Found a new one, which looks good. It's run automatically... I heard the folks over at Slyck talking about it. Seems this one just got up and running within the past couple weeks: NewzMonster

The biggest drawback to the site that I've seen is some of the NZBs won't work, because they have a longer retention than my NewsServer provides; i.e. retentions of 30+days.
