ive heard of flashing and not sure what can be done .. What is a really good phone that can be flashed .. I like the style on the env Also would be nice something with a larger screen like pda style.?? lead me in right direction ..
 
thqat phone does look nice. What features do you loosde flashing it to cricket ? How about average orice to either get one flashed or buy a flashed one ? i currently have the lingo ...but i think its a peice of dingo..
 
The only thing you lose is Cricket Clicks (which really doesn't matter since you can download free games and apps).

If you know where to look you're looking at about $230-$280 dollars for one that hasn't been flashed already.

If you don't know where to look you're looking at about $350-$400 for one that hasn't been flashed already.
 
i found my 6800 from a store on ebay... i typed in mint, bad esn, and i got mine for about 190 shipping and tax included, not flashed. it was from Qwest, just go on ebay, find stores that sell alot of phones and look for a bad esn 6800 its your choice what condition you want it in, i got mine brand new, it was actually an insurance claim.
 
why does it have to be bad esn >? i was looking at a few and they actually said "THIS ESN IS GOOD) ... do we want a bad one ...? Also if/when we get one is there a tut. for flashing it ..Is it easy to do ..I fglash xbox 360 so im no dummy..But also dont wanna fudge it up either
 
wow that bad esn ebay tricked found a few ghoood ones..I think i like it cause it sorta pda.. Does it do internet and if so how? does cricket unlimited internet work on it? wow so many questions ...
 
a 6800 isnt a "sortapda" lol it is a pda and yes u can get internet working on it and cricket have unlimited internet and yes it does work on it and a bad esn nurabr only means a cheaper price its bad esn with sprint...cricket dont care...
 
ok .. so ok lets say i get a phone is flashing something easy to do.. Im pretty good and stuf like this .. Like flashing firmware for cd roms and hacking stuff like that ,...OR is it a pain in the butt?Is there a go to guy for this on the forums ? Or maybe a tutorial ..I have searched the forums but dont know what the best one to read on
 
normally if u find a rom u want to flash...the maker provides instructions for it and if u been flashin xbox firmware to other stuff..then i would e easy in a sense..u may till have probs..but ima noob at it ...and its esy for me...
 
I just got my phone with bad esn. I'm on the internet as I type this, goobye regular cell phones. I am only on with wifi, myneighbors have road runner. What I need is someone in the Rochester NY area that can flash phones to Cricket forme.
 
I just got 6 Qwest Moguls that came in BNIB. Don't know if ESN is clean or not. Fully flashed. PM an offer if you want one otherwise, they'll be gone by Sunday to a dealer in Midwest.

::EDIT:: Just called Sprint and ALL of the phones are CLEAN on Sprint. (For those who don't know Qwest is an MVNO of Sprint)
 
you can get all the instructions from the thread for flashing alltel rom and setting up on cricket and you can get a custom rom here on the forums...all for free...

or i can help you with this by providing you a step-by-step guide and everything you need for a small fee...

PM me if you would like...but i recommed just doing it on your own b/c it's free and all the info is here...you just have to SEARCH and READ.
