I am a 58 year old woman who has had milk allergies for years. I have been using nucco margarine as it was completely milk free. Now they are making the spreed so there goes my margarine.

I can drink raw milk without a problem, but the processed milk gives me tackacardia, and problems breathing.

I have found a dairy in my area that sells raw milk, butter, & cream, but at 7.00 a half pound, the butter is just to expensive for using in everyday cooking.

We use Earth Balance buttery spread, which works great - tastes good, too. It's not cheap, but definitely not $7.00# and it's a vegan spread.

If you are looking for a stick margarine, Fleishman's makes one and so does Canoleo (it's from Canada and usually available at health food stores).
