Do you have the owners manual for the bike? If so it will tell you exactly where they are.
If not
Then here goes-most bikes the fuse panel is located under one of the side covers. On some bikes it is located up on the "dash" area of the handlebars-usually toward the center. If that is the case, generally it is under a panel that is held in place with 2 or more screws. Remove the screws and whalla there you are. The main fuse to the bike is generally located between the battery and the fuse panel on the bike. It will be in a seperate holder-usually, but sometimes it IS located in the main fuse block.
