I'm simply looking for an exercise routine to lose weight; not to build muscle, not to be healthier, but simply to remove body fat. I'd like to get rid of my belly, thighs and upper body fat.
What are some exercise routines that work great for weight loss in these areas? Also, diet ideas?
I have a treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike available to me. I weigh roughly 150 pounds, male and am in my late teens. I'd love for ideas on what exercises to do to lose weight from the specified areas, preferably with ways I can build up my tolerance to said exercise (ex, what speed to do the treadmill the first few times, then what I should increase it to when I'm used to that, etc.)
