Looking for Brass sample I've heard in multiple songs. Help!!?

Ive heard this in quite a few songs. A few reggae and hip hop songs. Here's a horrible song that uses it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opHkGyqf3Lg but its the only example i can bring to my mind right now. it comes in about 2:45 into the song. It's a trumpet sample if I'm not mistaken. It would be great if anyone knew cuz ive searched everywhere
