Looking for blocking software

My husband has a Nokia phone, I believe the model is 6061, it's a pretty basic cell, about 3-4 yrs old.

We need some software to block a certain phone number so that person cannot call him anymore.

I called Rogers and they said they couldnt block one certain number and that I needed to look online for software to do this. I've been looking around and cant find anything anywhere. Can anyone help me with this?

There are some anti-virus softwares out there that can block certain people from calling you, like kasperkey:cool:.
