Hey olly. I read the NDA pretty carefully (deal with a lot of them), and this one is very un-evil in nature. Basically they're asking you not to post any screenshots, code or reviews about the product before it's released. They are not specifically alleging or denying any rights to what you do or asking for unreasonable terms.

Just my $0.02 USD -- I have the same personal objections as you, but made the decision it did not feel to be unwieldy, evil, or in bad faith. It reads that they're protecting their product launch from "beta" reviews before it's ready.

Everytime I try and submit the NDA I get an error. Is anyone else getting this?

Maybe I'll revisit it then... too many years of being under NDA's from Adobe and Microsoft has made me gunshy (you ever read a Microsoft NDA? )
