We need an affordable used car that won’t need expensive/lots of work on it… that’s why we are getting rid of the old one, we can’t afford to fix it.

What are the BEST places on the web that:
1Lists vehicles that are for sale locally in our area
2Has good vehicles for less than $2000
3Is reliable with few scams
4Has lots of variety of vehicles to choose from
5Lets us contact the seller directly

I live in Rochester, MN (south east Minnesota) if it makes any difference.
