Looking for best Internet browsing phone, considering Ocean, thoughts please?

I'm purchasing a 2nd phone that I intend to use mostly for Internet browsing. I'll use it for email, but I'm not an email junkie, I mainly want the ability to jump on the Internet and search for things, get news, quotes, and just generally browse the web as painlessly as possible with the richest experience.

I'm kind of impressed with the Ocean, and it's a very reasonable rate monthly as well as for the device, and while I know it's targeted at the messaging crowd (which isn't me), it still seems to me to be as good an option as any for mobile browsing.

Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.
 
What carrier are you going to use? You should pick that first, then pick the phone. You don't want us recommending a GSM phone if you are on Sprint or Verizon.
 
I'm fairly carrier agnostic truthfully.

I've checked the plans and coverages and could make them all work I think, though I do like the Helio plan and Sprint is fine with me, and really I think I can go with Verizon, Cingular or even Tmobile.
