Looking for ballroom n Latin dance partner?

I lived in Jakarta,Indonesia and I'm looking a partner so I can join the next year competition...
My height is 155 cm...
I already asked all of my friends that male,of course, and they not interested in dancing...
I already join the web of dancepartner.com but I still not find it...
Do u have any suggestion what I should do? Or if u interested to dancing,please let me know...
 
Around here, we have regular ballroom and Latin dances. That's the best place to meet a dance partner. They already have an interest and skills.
