looking for apart for toyota hilux pickup?

hi , im looking for the name of a part for my 1992 toyota hilux pickup, its part of the steering components. the part i need i think is the steering column which goes from the steering wheel down through the floor just above the brake peddle. where the rod goes through the floor there is a bearing which is damaged, this is the part i need. can anyone please advise me what this is called. thanks pat.
 
its going to be too hard for anybody to tell you the part you need without actually seeing it, go and get a 1992 hilux manual from repco or something and find it out for yourself or go to a mechanic and ask if they can order the part in for you they usually do it for pretty cheap hope that helps goodluck
