Looking for an online flash strategy/puzzle game?

In this game the goal is to attach wheels and stick looking joints to a box or car body. You then press play and the machine you have created moves across the screen. In order to move onto the next level you must touch the orange object on the right hand side of the screen with the machine. If anybody knows what this game is called please let me know.
Someone has suggested that it is on heavygames.com, but I am unsure of this.
This game is a particular game that i have played and am looking for. It has a simple background of green grass, blue sky with very simple colours. There is not much detail in this game. You need to work out the best way to attach wheels and joints to make sure that creation moves across the screen without stopping at the obstacles and that it can reach the object on the other side.

but if u have adobe flash player 10 or 9

u can download the games and can turn them into .swf files which u use it to play games with the adobe flash player 9 or 10.
