I used to watch this cartoon on a VHS tape in the 80s. The tape had a collection of black and white christmas shorts. There was one cartoon that looked like it took place at the north pole and little creatures danced and sang inside of an igloo. I can't remember if there were any eskimos in it, I just remember dancing, maybe ice skating. They were inside of an igloo though. The cover of the VHS tape had the igloo on the front with little creatures holding hands in a circle around it I think....anyways I'm looking for the name of the cartoon. It's not "The Snowman". I don't even remember if there was a snowman in it.
