I am searching online for a youth military camp suited for my needs. I am 15 and currently live in NJ, I only want to join a camp for the military experience, not because I have a drug or behavioral problem. I have found a couple of good camps, but the main problems are that some just seem all academic and almost no physical training. I would prefer it to be more physically challenging. And some are just too far away from my current residence (Trenton, NJ). I would like a camp that I could go to over the summer (like a boot camp), that is at least within the tristate area, and is physically challenging. If anyone knows a place or can find one online, please post a link. Thank you in advance.

Tell your parents you want to enroll in Valley Forge Military Academy. It's not far away from you, and it's a pretty good school from what I've seen. I know a few people, who went there.

Here in California, the Marine Corps runs a summer "Devil-Pup" program that is all about military discipline. I think that's out of Camp Pendleton, just south of Los Angeles. You might be able to find something similar on the east coast near Camp Lejeune, NC. just google "devil pup" and see what comes up.
