Saldy i dont have a lot to go on. I was listening to Black Star and it reminded me of the song but i am blanking on the banRAB name or song title.

I think the group is like black star where it was 2 good rappers collaborating on a CD.
The video for the song is the 2 guys driving around in a cadillac decked out like in the 70s and the whole video is in that theme. It was in the early 90's and thats about it.
