I was trying to obtain a home loan back in nov.2008 nopw it's july of 2009 and i still don't have the loan. T broker i had has no licnese and he has gotten not one but two credit cards in his name my closing and down payment i gave to him $7,000 now i fired him he doesn't want to return my moneyi would like to take legal action but i need a lawyer that is willing to get paid when the money is returned
