Poem must be about an historical event, have a minimum of 10 quatrains, use 3 examples of strong metaphorical images, 3 examples of assonance, a consistent meter and rhyme scheme, the usage of strong verbs, and dialouge is optional. Please! My seniors don't believe this is capable, and i would like to give them inspiration from fine folks such as yourself!
