Can anybody help me? Does anybody care?

I remember back around '00, I enjoyed going to a web page owned by a would-be animator. It was called something like, tvsfred, or tvsfeed, or perhaps tv's Ed. When I read it as one word, I interpreted it to mean some concept, or idea but I later realized that the name of the page was meant to be read as two very different words He had multiple outline for cartoons, all concepts of which he made up himself. All were quite American is style. One had anime-type characters, but their visual style was definitely American. Another one was about a guy who's girlfriend died, but came back to life and still wanted to go out on dates. The guy found this to be massively creepy, but it was quite humorous sounding.

Another had Tom-and Jerry style cats and mice, while another had anthropomorphic superheroes, somewhat reminiscent of Power Pooch. There was also one about a Pizza-delivery boy who had to save the world. Regardless of concept, they were all universally slapsticky.

He also had some amusing flash cartoon, including one where his disembodied head bounced around while singing "Happy Birthday" to his mother. I seem to recall his wearing a white t-shirt, open blue button-up shirt, and glasses. He was white, and had kind of a wide face.

Anyone remember?
