looking for a gps phone

Currently i've got a Nokia 6600 with tmobile on the east coast in CT, all around i've been very happy with it, but it's time to move on up. Here's what i'm basicaly looking for now:

gps (must have, it's the reason why i'm upgrading in the first place)
a qwerty keyboard
net access
a nice big screen (touch screen would be nice too)
memory slot that can receive a 1+ gig card
bluetooth
wifi (no need, but if it comes with the package why not)
camera (nice if included but also not required)
If it doesn't look like a brick while i'm holding it, also another plus.

I'm also trying to keep this bellow the $400 range here. Thanks.

you might want to look for an ipaq 6515... they're $400-600 now and have what you want (except wi-fi), (unless you can get one with a contract and I don't know if t offers them) but the 6900 series comes out this month (first phone I know with built in gps and wi-fi) so the prices should drop.

yup.. and the newer ppc phones have gps built into them too.. like the fujitsu... and i think there's more built in now too.. i think ETen has it built in as well and some o2's.

the cingular 8125 is good too.. but u need to buy a bluetooth gps dongle for it to work.. but it has 1 gig memory or better.. wifi.. qerty keyboard.
