Looking for a good NYC bicycle shop to get my Cervelo built?

Hi! I've been to about 5 bicycle shops in nyc and none of them have impressed me with their inventory nor their staff.

I'm looking to get a Cervelo soloist built with the components of my choice, but would like to test it first along with some other competative bikes that are carbon.

Has anyone ever have a pleasant experience with a bicycle shop they could recommend? One that would allow me to test a variety of bikes and custom build one to my specifications?

I personally do not know either of the shops, but they both sale Cervelo and are authorized dealers, according to their web pages. I would try calling the racycles in Brooklyn first. Otherwise you might have the need to go to a close by state to get good service.
