looking for a good, cheap keyboard

I'm looking for the best CHEAP keyboard to use with my Palm T3. I think I want one where the keyboard includes a little stand for the Palm, so that I can use it as a little computer, like on a desktop or something.

Searching the Net reveals several keyboards under $50, but I don't want to buy a total piece of crap. I'd accept one that's just a bit crappy if the price is right. ;-) Any ideas?

Also, I've confused as to which keyboards work with which Palm. It seems that some say "works with Palm VII", "works with m500 series", etc. It seems as though I cannot assume that a keyboard with a universal connector works with my T3?

Thanks in advance,

Not to be rude or anything cliemea but you did not answer his question very good. So I will do this now,

Ok were should I start ...

(1) You need to get a Wireless IR Keyboard so that if you ever buy a new model with a mini-usb port it will work on it. You can find alot of different types on ebay. I suggest getting the Targus Wireless IR Keyboard becasue it has extra buttons. It has a stand a 8 way navigtor and alot more.

(2) The Targus one retails brand new for about 50-60 dollors us depending were you go to buy it. This is a very nice deal and then you will not have to buy a keyboard off of ebay that may be broke or something wrong with it.

(3) The IR Wireless keyboards work with any palm that has a IR in it and I think all palm pilots hade IR starting in the V series.
If you are going to buy a unaversal conntecer keyboard ($60) Which will be no good bough 1-2 years it only works with palms that are M125, M130, M500-M515 Tungsten E,T,T2,T3,W,C and Zire 71 (ONLY). For the palms that are under M125 you have to buy another certain keyboard for the connecter.

(4) A universal connector keyboard does work on the PalmOne Tungsten T3 I would go with a universal connector ultra Slim or a Palm Portable keyboard if you are going to go with universal connector keyboards.

I hope that I helped I am welcomed to questions:

The IR wireless keyboard will let you connect a T3 in landscape mode. You should take that into consideration. I believe this is the only keyboard with this option. Good luck on your decision.

Interesting page, but I ca barely read the light gray text on a white background! Sounds fun but then I would also need to get a Palm hotsync cable....

Anyone else have ideas for a keyboard?
