Looking for a good camera phone..

I love nextel's i860, the camera is amazing and the external lcd is pretty remarkable too. I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a pretty good phone for Cingular, anywhere up to 150, although id rather stay at 100$..
The main feature i am focusing on is the camera. Whenever i go to the store they tell me the Ericcson or the Razr, but i have heard bad stories about the Razr breaking easily...

Any good camera phones for cingular? If not, whats the next best carrier that has pretty good phones and good service?

if camera i would prefer panasonic its camera is very fine and cheap too ,yea RAZR not so impressive
