Looking for a cooking show?

a while back i watched a cooking show on the food network i believe, and there was this worldwide cooking competition. The contestants had to make desserts cakes with a theme. I remember france made a cake that represented nature on one side and a polluted city on the other. There were also many other cakes and the chefs were using sugar and crafting it like glass. If you know the know the name of the show and where i might find it i would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
