Looking for a College with a good business program and art program?

I need a starter school to get my general Ed over with while i get my business major. But the school also needs an art program so that I can better round myself before i go to graduate school for commercial/advertising art.
Knows of any good, decently priced, schools that fit this criteria?
If i'm going to be picky i'd love a school in NY or Boston, but any big city would be great. Not CA please :)
