I just moved into my first house, I'm in my senior year of college. I haven't done much cooking. I just bought some boneless chicken cutlets, a whole bunch of vegetables (broccoli, peppers, zucchini etc.) and a giant bag of brown rice. I'm trying to be healthy. I found a nice recipe for the brown rice, and I think I can handle the chicken cutlets, every time I try to cook vegetables on the stove they wither and get mushy. Any suggestions? I'll try anything.
