Hello, i am basically looking for a good (solid) cell phone that has a stable, smooth interface with support of a calendar that i can sync with my outlook calendar--or if its own provided software lets me edit my calendar on the computer.
I guess what i am looking for falls under the category of smart phones/pda phones. and i really do not mind about the web browsing capabilities since of right now due to budget constrictions i wont have the spare money to activate such services. so emailing is not a requirement. so i wouldnt mind a previous model phone--as long as it is good!
good reception and nice talk time would be appreciated. bluetooth would be a perk as well. oh, and a expandable memory slot for listening to mp3s? but i would rather invest in an mp3 if anything, so the mp3 player portion is not impt--but would be nice~
i have a budget around $300 (and below) and these are the phones i have looked at so far:
blackberry pearl
blackberry 7130c
s.e. p910
nokia n80
nokia 7710
any phone inbetween the that stands out? that i should buy?
the nokias seem a bit over the top for my needs?or maybe not. and i am dubious of purchasing an s.e. phone due to my previous horrendous experience with them.
a friend of mine is telling me to just purchase the w810i (or the lg cu500), but it doesnt seem to do anything for me besides having a "cool factor".
am i overlooking any phones? are there any other phones i should be considering?
*about the price of the phone, i will more than likely try and purchase it from ebay or something along those lines. by all means i dont want to be cheap and skip out a better, more robust phone just due to price. but budgeting would be nice
--in advance, thank you so much for the support, albert.
p/s.: i live in so. cal (area code 91755 and surrounding). i plan to use tmobile as my service providered, but it doesnt really matter? since ill try and have the phone unlocked if anything.
