Frenchman based in Oakland, CA looking for a business partner to open an organic French bakery in the Bay Area (or elsewhere if it appears the market in Northern Cali is too crowded)
I am a management consultant with a passion for bread and interested in starting a side business.
I will bring:
- a talented and award-winning French baker to work at the bakery,
- finance/accounting/strategy skills (via my MBA background),
- funds to be invested in the venture.
I am looking for a partner with a VERY good knowledge of the bakery business, based in California, (ideally) genuine interest in organic food and funds to invest in the venture
