A friend of mine was describing a book she'd read where the author's main character was insane (maybe?) or prone to panic attacks. A chapter would start off normally - meaning normal punctuation and grammar and whatnot, but the character would have an "attack" and all of a sudden there would be no periods, no commas, no punctuation whatsoever. The text would all run together in a jumbled mess, making it very hard for the reader to pick out what was being said. Near the end of the chapter, the "attack" would end and the sentences would go back to normal.
That's really all I can remember. I can't tell you what the plot is..I have no idea. I just kind of figured the way the book was structured might be unique enough to belong to only one title...
