Lookin For a new Music Phone on Verizon

So I have been checkin out the new phones on verizon, and want some opinions on two phones:

The Chocolate (Vx8500) and the KRZR K1m

I am currently using a hacked V3c and am looking for a phone that I can casually listen to mp3s on while I walk around campus. I have an iPOD, but I hate carrying around both a phone and a music player, so why not combine the two?

I have played with the Chocolate a great deal, and I do like it alot, but I love my V3c, so I am considering the new K1m as well.

Which would you guys pick?
 
why not go the extra step and have an all in one device (PDA Phone) there are 8GB sd cards comming out, you can hold 4 DVD movies and about 2 weeks worth of music on that thing.
 
I am not considering the PDA's because I have owned several, and do not want to have the extra bulk in my pocket, or have to worry about carrying around a 600 dollar phone.

I'm perfectly fine with a 300 dollar unit, but nothing twice that amount.
