Longer ringtones are loud and distorted but shorter ones sound fine?

How can I make it so that longer ringtones sound less loud and distorted?

Shorter ringtones around 17 seconds sounds perfect, but longer ones close to 30 seconds are terrible

I use audacity to crop mp3's as ringtones and I have a LG Glance
