I just got great new wheel covers for my 1991 Camry, they are OE Toyota covers, made for a 2006 Corolla. The covers fit great, except that they are designed with open holes for the lug nuts to pop through (but not to hold the covers on), and the nuts on my Camry are too short to show through the cover's holes—though they do line up with the holes...
I will be getting new tires soon, and was wondering if I could just get longer chrome lug nuts—like 1.9" long and have the tire guys install them with the tires, so that they would stick through the wheel covers for the perfect look...?
Anyone know what size lug nuts for my 1991 Camry V6 with steel wheels? I believe they are 13/16" Hex Heads...?
