My 5 month old indoor siamese/maine coon mix has an issue with getting poop stuck in his paws and around his butt after using the litter box. He has really long hair between his toes, which is what I think may be causing it to stick to his feet . Is is safe for me to cut this hair off from between his toes? What about trimming hair around his butt? (There aren't any cat-friendly groomers in my area, so I have to do it myself.)
