Long drive car breakdown with no mobile signal reception?

Gurus,
I am planning for a long drive for a week in Utah, i have a 98 honda accord maintenance done for 1000 usd recently and does good.
So, my question is: What if my car breaks down where there is no cellphone signal? i cant call for any towing.
any help is greatly appreciated.

but as for long out of service places not much one can do but wait for help or walk which if theri any cars on same road you wave and jump open hood and doors
