Long Distance Biking - Nutritional Tips?

I'm an avid biker that has not upgraded from the stationary bike scene yet lol. I'm a serious athlete, frequent runner, 22 years old and in phenomenal shape. I ride the Expresso virtual fitness bike that has 250 miles of imaginary routes displayed on an LCD screen. Some of the online users and I are attempting to ride all of the courses in a single day. I can ride 100 miles no problem, but distances beyond that I am uncertain about. I know I can handle the workload, but I'm not sure how to keep my body fueled when I'm burning over 10,000 calories!!! What can I do? Thank you!
