Loncin 110cc Pit Bike Road Legal?

I have a 110cc Loncin pit bike. I am thinking about making it road legal, in the UK, for when I'm 17.

Here's what I have to do;
1. Register it with the DVLA
2. Fit a headlight that's E-marked
3. Fit rear light (brakelight and running light)
4. Fit indicators
5. Fit a speedo
6. Fit a bracket to hold the numberplate
7. Fit rear view mirrors
8. Tax it
9. Insure it

These are the only things I can think of...have I missed anything off?

Also, does anyone know of any companies that will insure this make/model of bike?

I think the model number is 110PY

But mine has a 4-speed manual gearbox
