LOL ye its definately unproffesional for a pizza delivery boy to ask for a tip i meen delivering pizza is definately a very classy and should definately not act "unproffesional" because this guy spent 4 years in college getting his degree so he could be a "proffesional" pizza boy i meen really.

Do employees usually ask for tip?
Generally i give tips, I like to give more then a dollar seeing that they took the time to provide me with their service. Well, today i ordered pizza to be delivered at work. Then work got extremely busy, that when the delivery person came in i just quikly wrote out the check for the exact amount. He then asked "Arent you going to give me tip?", I have never been asked this! i should of said "no" since it is really my business if i do or not. But i did. Can they ask that? I mean they are already getting paid for what they do?

It's unprofessional to ask for a tip, that's why they're called "gratuities". Next time someone asks for a tip, tell them their tip is not to ask for them again in the future.

I've never heard of that before. Usually they just get tips because of their good service. Personally I think that it it quit rude to ask for a tip.
