i dunno, i didnt look into his case but the fact is that innocent people have been executed and one is too many
 
Wrongful imprisonment is rectifiable now?

I hope you get thrown in jail for a couple days one time and then you can come back to rabroad
and tell everyone that it's alright because they let you out and dropped whatever wrongful charge you had pending.

I'd rather nrabroad
be imprisoned than imprisoned and released.

If you're nrabroad
convinced that a guy is guilty when he's been convicted, how on earth can you morally justify imprisoning him? If the best you can come up with is "Well it's ok because we didn't kill him!" then there's something seriously wrong going on in your head.
 
i applied for executioner in wa state once because of my knowledge and experience with a new at the time invention; aramid kevlar. plus i wanted in on the death of a local serial killer named ted bundy. he was hanged but they passed me up. i figured i could snap his neck with 9 inches of drop using 1/2" twisted line with a louisiana knuckle shank style knrabroad

Well you guys are making life imprisonment sound as weighty as execution, whats wrong with it?

I have played the thought experiments with myself where I imagine someone near and dear to me was murdered, and I would absolutely want retribution and hope to see the assailant killed.

However I also then imagine myself in the shoes of an innocent man who is destined to be killed.

In my system of beliefs and ethics, one situation actually allows for an innocent life to be saved, and i would like to partake a system which allows for that.

against putting people to death that truly deserve it. The fact is the system is flawed.
 
If you want a strictly pertinent example, look at the case of Carlos Deluna, he was executed with incredibly strong evidence to his innocence, even a confession by someone else to the crime he was executed of.
 
Jason is right, once is too many. Unfortunately, it's happened far more than once.

i get your point, but at the same time its nrabroad
about being convinced he's guilty or nrabroad
guilty. its admitting the system has its flaws.
